General Conditions of International Carriage for Passenger & Luggage
0. General

In order to ensure efficient running of ground handling in stations for the international passengers and luggage, the General Conditions of Carriage of Passenger & Luggage (hereinafter referred to as the Conditions) is made by Juneyao Airlines as part of the passenger carriage contract. The contents of the Conditions mainly include:

These Conditions are formulated on the basis of Civil Aviation Law of the People's Republic of China, the Rules of China on the International Civil Air Transport of Passengers and Luggage, Certification Rules of Large-Scale Public Air Transport Carrier Operation, Regulations for Airworthiness of Civil Aircraft, etc. 0.1. These Conditions are formulated by Juneyao Airlines as the principle for the in-station performance by staff of domestic ticket sales, ground handling and ground handling agents for the international passengers and luggage. Each department or staff in relation with international passenger and luggage delivery, including branch, subsidiary, sales department, office and ground handling agents shall fully follow these Conditions. 02. The issuance and implementation of the Conditions help to standardize the international ticket sales, check-in and baggage delivery, which leads to safety priority, flight normality and excellent service quality.

1. Definitions

The following terms used in the General Conditions of International Carriage for Passenger and Luggage (hereinafter referred to as “the Conditions”) are defined as follows unless otherwise specified: 1.1 'Juneyao Airlines' is the abbreviation of Juneyao Airlines Co. Ltd.; the airline code of Juneyao Airlines in English is HO. 1.2 'Convention' is another name for treaty. It refers to any convention concluded amongst three or more nations that is political in nature or related to a special subject. 'Convention' herein shall specifically refer to any treaty applicable to international airlines to which the PRC is a concluding party. This includes but is not limited to: 1.2.1 The Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules for International Carriage by Air (concluded on May 28, 1999 in Montreal), hereinafter referred to as the 'Montreal Convention'. 1.2.2 The Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules for International Carriage by Air (concluded on October 12, 1929 in Warsaw), hereinafter referred to as the 'Warsaw Convention'. 1.2.3 The Protocol to Amend the Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules for International Carriage by Air Concluded on October 12, 1929 in Warsaw (concluded on September 28, 1955 in Hague), hereinafter referred to as the 'Hague Protocol'. 1.2.4 Convention on Offenses and Certain Other Acts Committed on Board Aircraft (concluded on September 14, 1963 in Tokyo, Japan), hereinafter referred to as the 'Tokyo Convention'. 1.3 'Juneyao Airlines regulations' is defined as the regulations (except these Conditions herein) issued by Juneyao Airlines for managing the safe transportation of passengers and their luggage which take effect from the issuance date of tickets, including any valid applicable fares and their applicable conditions. 1.4 'International transportation' is defined as any transportation of which the departure airport, destination airport, or any agreed stopover site, in accordance with the agreement between all parties, is not in the territory of the PRC, irrespective of whether there is interruption or transit during transportation. 1.5 'Regional segment transportation' is defined as any transportation between specific locations in the territory of the PRC. Including: Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan. 1.6 'Carrier' means all public air carriage companies which undertake to carry the passengers, luggage or goods by use of civil aircrafts, including domestic carriers, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan carriers and foreign carriers. 1.7 'Ticket issuing carrier' is defined as airlines whose ticket issuance code is shown on electronic ticket transactions of flight coupons or priced tickets. The ticket issuing carrier shall be the controlling and authorizing party for electronic ticket transactions. 1.8 'Selling carrier' is defined as an airline whose code is recorded as the selling carrier in the electronic flight coupon or priced ticket. For bilateral agreements, such as code sharing agreements, the selling carrier is not necessarily the actual carrier. 1.9 'Actual carrier' is defined as the airlines that perform the whole or part of the air transportation contract. 1.10 'Juneyao Airlines sales agent' is defined as an entity which has been authorized by Juneyao Airlines to sell passenger air transportation products under an agreed-upon scope and represents Juneyao Airlines. 1.11 'Passenger' is defined as any person that Juneyao Airlines agrees to carry or that has already been carried on an aircraft. This does not include crew members. 1.12 'Child passenger' is defined as passengers who are over 2 (inclusive) but under 12 years old on the day of air carriage. 1.13 'Unaccompanied child' means any person aged 5 (inclusive) to 12 on the date of air carriage who travels without companion of parents or any other passenger with full capacity for civil conduct and over 18 years old. 1.14 'Infant passenger' is defined as passengers who are over 14 days but under 2 years old on the day of air carriage. 1.15 'Seat reservation' is defined as the reservations made by the passenger of a seat, cabin class and/or a set weight or volume for their luggage. 1.16 'Valid identity certificate' is defined as any certificate proving the identity of the passenger required by government authorities which shall be produced at the time of ticket purchase and boarding. For example, a valid (visa) passport, Passport to Compatriots from Hong Kong and Macao, Passport to Taiwan Compatriots, Seafarer’s Passport and other certificates. 1.17 'Flight' is defined as the flight of an aircraft according to scheduled flight segments, dates and hours. 1.18 'Ticket' is defined as the transportation certificate sold or recognized by Juneyao Airlines or its sales agents which grants the passenger the right to take a flight. This includes paper tickets and electronic tickets. 1.19 'Paper Ticket' is defined as a document known as 'Ticket and Luggage Check' filed in by Juneyao Airlines or its sales agents on behalf of Juneyao Airlines, which includes the conditions, statements and notice of the transportation contract, flight coupon and passenger coupon. 1.20 'Electronic ticket' is defined as an effective ticket which is in the form of data sold by Juneyao Airlines or its sales agent and is an electronic substitute for a paper ticket. 1.21 'Interline ticket' is defined as a ticket with more than two (inclusive) flights. 1.22 'Conjunction ticket' is defined as a ticket issued to any passenger, which is connected to the ticket number of another ticket or other tickets, of which form the same ticket of transportation contract. 1.23 'Fixed ticket' is defined as any ticket listing the flight, boarding date and seat reserved. 1.24 'Open ticket' is defined as any ticket that does not expressly list the flight, boarding date and seat reserved. 1.25 'Flight coupon' is defined as the section on a paper ticket titled 'Valid flight' which indicates that the coupon is suitable for use on the flights between the designated locations. 1.26 'Passenger coupon' is defined as the section on a paper ticket titled 'Passenger coupon' which shall be retained by the passenger at all times. 1.27 'Electronic Ticket Itinerary for Air Services' (hereinafter referred to as 'Itinerary') is defined as the proof of purchase provided by Juneyao Airlines or its sales agents to passengers for purchases of electronic tickets. It can also remind the passenger of their trip itinerary. 1.28 'Day' is defined as a calendar day. A week contains seven days. When notifying passengers, the date of the notice shall not be included. In determining the valid term of any ticket, the date the ticket is issued and the date the flight commences shall not be included. 1.29 'Fixed ticket' is defined as any ticket listing the flight, boarding date and seat reserved. 1.30 'Open ticket' is defined as any ticket that does not expressly list the flight, boarding date and seat reserved. 1.31 ' Rate' is defined as the airfare, fees and relevant transportation conditions published by airlines. 1.32 'Normal adult fare' is defined as the maximum normal adult fare for first class, business class and economy class fares for non-stop one-way flight published by Juneyao Airlines. 1.33 'Special fare' is defined as any ticket price that is lower than the normal adult fare on which certain usage restrictions are imposed. 1.34 'Agreed stopover site' is defined as a predetermined place of stopover on the passenger's travel route other than the departure airport and the destination airport, which is listed on the ticket or in the timetable of carriers. 1.35 'Stopover' is defined as a break-off to a passenger's trip arranged by the passenger and approved by Juneyao Airlines beforehand at a location during travel between the departure airport and the destination airport. 1.36 'Overbooking' is defined as the sale of tickets exceeding the maximum number of seats permitted for any flight. 1.37 'Spillage' refers to the spillage of passengers on a flight because of the aircraft type change or flight mergence caused by machinery or aircraft readjustment and etc. 1.38 'Code sharing flights' is defined as flight of another carrier on which Juneyao Airlines uses its company code by signing an agreement, or a flight on which multiple airline companies use their respective flight numbers. 1.39 'Cut-off time for check-in' is defined as the latest time for passengers to check-in as defined by Juneyao Airlines. 1.40 'Actual departure time' refers to the time of the clearance that the flight crew receives from the ATC to remove the last block of the aircraft. 'Scheduled departure time' refers to the time authorized by the flight schedule management unit, which is published in the flight schedule sheet and listed on the ticket by the Juneyao Airlines. 1.41 'No-show' refers to passenger’s failure to board the aircraft because they fail to finish check-in formalities before stipulated check-in deadline or because their travel documents don’t meet the requirements. 1.42 'Missed flight' is defined as the failure of a passenger to board their designated flight after completing the boarding formalities or at the stopover site. 1.43 'Wrong boarding' is defined as a passenger who boards the flight which is not specified on the ticket. 1.44 'Luggage' is defined as the necessary or proper number of articles or other personal belongings carried by any passenger to be worn, used, or used for comfort or convenience purposes, including checked luggage and carry-on luggage. 1.45 'Checked luggage' is defined as the luggage handed over by any passenger to the care of Juneyao Airlines, and of which Juneyao Airlines will issue luggage tickets. 1.46 'Carry-on luggage' is defined as luggage in the care of the passenger, which are luggage that are not checked luggage, including free hand-carry items. 1.47 'Free hand-carry item' means any small item which, with the consent of Juneyao Airlines, is taken by passenger on board or during the stay at transit points, within the sorts and quantity limitation of Juneyao Airlines. 1.48 'Free luggage allowance' is defined as the maximum amount of checked luggage for which Juneyao Airlines will provide a free transportation service to any passenger. 1.49 'Luggage ticket' is defined as the record on the ticket related to the transportation of luggage. 1.50 'Luggage identification/claim tag' is defined as the tag issued by Juneyao Airlines specifically for the passenger to identify their checked luggage. 1.51 'Damage' includes death, injury, full or partial loss or other damage arising out of or in connection with air carriage or other services incidental thereto performed by Juneyao Airlines. 1.52 'Force majeure' is defined as an event that is unforeseeable, inevitable and insurmountable, whose effect is inevitable despite of all reasonable measures taken. 1.53 'Voluntary refund' is defined as any ticket refunded caused by the failure to complete the trip pursuant to the transportation contract as a result of anything attributable to a passenger. 1.54 'Non-voluntary refund' is defined as any ticket refund caused by the failure to complete the trip pursuant to the transportation contract as a result of a Juneyao Airlines flight departing earlier than scheduled, any delay, cancellation, change of trip, or failure to provide reserved seat(s). 1.55 'Change fee' is defined as the commission charged for any passenger consistent with the original terms specified of the ticket and these transportation conditions due to the passenger’s request to change their flight or boarding date. 1.56 'Endorsement' refers to change of marketing carrier. 1.57 'Volunteer' is defined as a passenger who responds positively to the appeal of Juneyao Airlines and is willing to give up their seat to receive compensation in accordance with the transportation regulations of Juneyao Airlines. 1.58 'Refusal' is defined as Juneyao Airlines refusing to transport passengers and their luggage due to security or other reasons. 1.59 'Missed connection' is defined as any passenger who fails to board their connecting flight at the connecting airport, of which they have successfully reserved a seat and fail to continue their trip due to any delay or cancellation of a flight. 1.60 'Attached statement of contract terms' is defined as the summary and statement attached on or given to passengers along with their tickets or itinerary. 1.61 'Flight delay' is defined as when the actual arrival time of the aircraft at the destination airport is later than the scheduled arrival time by over 15 minutes. 1.62 'Flight departure delay' is defined as when the actual take-off time of the aircraft at the departure airport is later than the scheduled departure time by over 15 minutes. 1.63 'Flight cancellation' is defined as when the scheduled flight is canceled due to any anticipated flight delay or due to an actual delay. 1.64 'On-board delay' is defined as when the waiting time during the period after cabin doors close and before taking off or after the aircraft lands and before the cabin doors open is longer than the taxi time required by the airport. 1.65 'Extensive flight delays' is defined as when the delay or cancellation of a certain number of departing or arriving flights during a certain period of time causes extensive hold-ups to passengers. Extensive flight delays in an airport shall be determined by the airport authority based on the number of flights, airport support capability and other factors. 1.66 'Facilities for disabled passengers' is defined as equipment provided to disabled passengers to assist them hear, see, communicate, and move.

2. Scope of Application

2.1 Except as provided in 2.2, 2.3, 2.4 and 2.5 of this Article, these conditions apply to all international carriage by air of passengers and luggage, performed by Juneyao Airlines for reward and code share flight or segment which is operating by Juneyao Airlines. 2.2 Unless otherwise required in free carriage conditions, contracts, tickets and certificates, these Conditions shall also apply to free carriage. 2.3 In accordance with the Juneyao Airlines contract for transportation provided on chartered flights, these Conditions shall only apply to parts stated in the contract for chartered flights and the clauses stated on the chartered flight ticket. 2.4 Juneyao Airlines exercises code sharing with other carriers on some flight, which refers to that the passenger may get on an airplane of another carrier with the ticket of Juneyao Airlines. In this case, when the passenger reserves the seat, Juneyao Airlines will notify the passenger about the actual carrier. 2.5 To the extent that any provision contained or referred to herein is contrary to anything contained in the applicable international conventions, national laws, government regulations, orders or requirements, such provision shall not apply. The invalidity of any such provision shall not affect the validity of any other provision contained or referred to herein. 2.6 Unless otherwise agreed, in the event of inconsistency between these Conditions and Juneyao Airlines’s regulations, these Conditions shall prevail.

3. Tickets

3.1 General Provisions 3.1.1 A Juneyao Airlines ticket is a prima facie evidence for the air transportation contract between Juneyao Airlines and its passengers. 3.1.2 Juneyao Airlines or its sales agents shall have the obligation to issue tickets to passengers provided that the passengers have paid the tickets in full in accordance with Juneyao Airlines regulations. 3.1.3 Juneyao Airlines only provides transport services to passengers whose names are listed on tickets, and may request passengers to present relevant valid certificates. 3.1.4 Tickets are not transferable. 3.1.5 Some tickets sold at special fares may apply to special refund and change policy. In such cases, only partial fare may be refunded, or the ticket is non-refundable or non-changeable. Passengers should choose the fare that best suits to their needs. 3.1.6 Any passenger holding a paper ticket fails to produce a valid ticket pursuant to the requirements of Juneyao Airlines will be denied boarding. This includes flight coupons for the flight he/she intends to take, and the flight coupons and passenger coupons not yet used. Any passenger that produces a defaced ticket or a ticket altered by any person other than Juneyao Airlines or its sales agent shall also be denied boarding. 3.1.7 Passengers holding an electronic ticket shall produce the valid identity certificate used at the time of purchasing their ticket. Juneyao Airlines will accept passengers with a valid flight coupon on an electronic ticket; Juneyao Airlines will only accept passengers with an electronic ticket which was converted to a paper one after the passenger produces the valid and complete paper ticket. 3.1.8 For electronic tickets, if the coupon of the sector which passenger requests to check in is not unused and valid, Juneyao Airlines has the right to refuse carrying the passenger. 3.1.9 The flight coupons or electronic coupons of ticket must be used in sequence from the departure place in accordance with the trip listed on the ticket. Juneyao Airlines shall not undertake the carrier service for flight coupons not used in sequence. 3.1.10 Each flight coupon or electronic coupon should list the flight segment and class, and Juneyao Airlines shall accept transportation services after the seat and flight date are confirmed. Juneyao Airlines shall book a seat for the passenger according to the passenger's application and based on the price of applicable condition of the held ticket and seat availability on the requested flight for flight coupons where seats have not been finalized. 3.1.11 Paper tickets shall not be altered or modified. Ticket altered or modified shall be invalid and the fare shall not be refunded. 3.1.12 The passenger shall take the flights for the entire trip as stated on the ticket before the expiry of the validity period of the ticket. 3.1.13 Fixed Ticket is only applicable for the date and flight which is listed on the flight coupons. 3.1.14 Open ticket or a ticket containing open flight segment means the open status of the full ticket or certain flight segment chosen by the passenger as per her/his own demands and fare rules. According to fare rules of airlines products, any item of carrier, flight number, date of flight, seat status of the ticket may be remained as open, but the passenger must confirm with Juneyao Airlines before actual carriage. 3.2 Validity Period of Ticket 3.2.1 Unless otherwise specifically provided in the tickets, these Condition or applicable fare rules (the rule may specify the valid term of ticket, which shall be stated on the ticket), a ticket is valid for carriage for one year from the date of commencement of travel, or if no portion of the ticket is used or the ticket is an open ticket, from the date of issuance thereof. When a ticket contains a special fare that is valid for a shorter period than the regular fare, if the rules for this special fare do not stipulate that the validity period applies to the entire travel, the shorter validity period applies only to the flight segment of that special fare. If the first flight segment of ticket is used, ticket is valid for carriage for one year from the date of commencement of travel. Regardless of further reissuance or exchange of ticket, the original validity will not change. This rule will apply for the whole tickets or series tickets. For totally unused tickets, the new validity is one year from the date of commencement of travel after ticket exchanged. If the first segment is not used after exchanged, the validity is one year from the date of exchange. 3.2.2 The validity period of special fare tickets shall be determined pursuant to the special fare ticket conditions set forth by Juneyao Airlines. 3.2.3 The calculation of the validity term of any ticket is from 00:00 of the day following the date the trip commences or the day the ticket is issued and expires at 00:00 of the day following the expiry date thereof. 3.2.4 Valid period of travel: Some special fare had strict limitations for the shortest and longest staying time, so passenger must finish all the segments listed on the ticket within the period of validity. 3.2.5 Period of validity of tickets with more than one segment shall be calculated from the date of commencement of the first segment under the ticket. 3.2.6 In case of combination of rates, the valid period of ticket shall apply to the strictest conditions of cabin in the combination. 3.3 Extending Ticket Validity Period 3.3.1 If due to any of the following reasons, the passenger fails to take their flight during the validity term of their ticket, the validity term shall be extended until the earliest Juneyao Airlines flight that has available seats of the same class as the purchased ticket. 3.3.1.1 Juneyao Airlines cancels the flight which the passenger has reserved a seat on. 3.3.1.2 Juneyao Airlines cancels the agreed flight stopover site, and which is the departure, or destination of the passenger. 3.3.1.3 Juneyao Airlines fails to within reason, fly according to their flight schedule. 3.3.1.4 Juneyao Airlines causes the passenger to miss their connecting flight. 3.3.1.5 Juneyao Airlines changes the cabin class of the passenger. 3.3.1.6 Juneyao Airlines fails to provide the passenger with their reserved seat. 3.3.2 For passengers unable to continue travel due to disease, Juneyao Airlines can extend the validity of the ticket of these passengers to the date which the passenger can travel according to a doctor's certificate of diagnosis; or to the earliest date after the date specified on the certificate of diagnosis which a Juneyao Airlines flight has the same class listed on their ticket and available seats, provided that the passenger should provide a certificate of diagnosis issued by hospitals at second or above level (in case of abroad, clinic is also included or foreign medical institutions at equivalent level). Ticket for the companions of sick passengers shall also be extended in the same manner but this shall not apply to more than 2 persons. 3.3.3 If any passenger dies during their trip, the validity term of the ticket(s) for their companion(s) can be extended. If any immediate family member of passenger dies during their trip, the validity term of the ticket(s) for the passenger or their companion(s) can also be extended; such extension will not be granted until the death certificate of the passenger is received, and the extension shall not be more than 45 days after the date of death. 3.4 Loss of Paper Tickets 3.4.1 Report of Loss of Ticket 3.4.1.1 In the case of any whole or partial loss or damage of any ticket or in case that the ticket presented by the passenger does not include passenger coupon and all unused flight coupon, the passenger shall file a written loss application report to Juneyao Airlines. 3.4.1.2 At the time of any loss application report, the passenger shall produce their valid identity certificate. If any passenger entrusts others to handle the loss application report, then the valid identity certificate of the passenger and the entrusted person along with other documents and certificates required by Juneyao Airlines shall also be produced. 3.4.1.3 If any ticket is used or refunded by others in the name of the passenger prior to the loss application report, then Juneyao Airlines will not be legally liable howsoever. 3.4.2 Reissuing of Lost Ticket 3.4.2.1 If fixed ticket is lost, the passenger should provide materials and certificates stipulated in Article 3.4.1.2 to Juneyao Airlines no later than 1 hour before departure time of the flight. Upon check by Juneyao Airlines, a new ticket can be reissued under the following circumstances: a) The passenger shall complete Juneyao Airlines' Reissuing Application of Lost Ticket. b) The passenger shall make a statement and agree to compensate all the losses that may be suffered by Juneyao Airlines thereby, including fraudulent use or refunds made by others and the necessary litigation cost occurred. 3.4.2.2 In case of loss of tickets, including fixed tickets and open tickets, passenger should make loss reporting to Juneyao Airlines through sales service hotline 021-95520 according to Article 3.4.1. For lost tickets that are not used or refunded fraudulently by others, Juneyao Airlines can conduct the relevant procedures within 30 days from the expiration of the ticket. 3.4.2.3 For lost tickets that are not verified or recognized, Juneyao Airlines has the right to refuse to reissue the ticket. If the passenger intends to take the flight, they shall purchase another ticket. 3.4.2.4 Reissued tickets shall be non-refundable and non-changeable. 3.4.2.5 For lost ticket that are of other airlines but issued by Juneyao Airlines, it can only be reissued after agreed by the carrier listed on the original ticket. 3.4.3 Refund of Loss Ticket 3.4.3.1 For lost open tickets, passenger should make loss reporting to Juneyao Airlines in writing according to the procedures stipulated in the Article 3.4.1. For lost tickets that are not used or refunded fraudulently by others, Juneyao Airlines can conduct the relevant procedures within 30 days from the expiration of the ticket. 3.4.3.2 Refund formalities for lost fixed ticket shall be carried out within 30 days after expiration of its valid period and upon airlines verification, with materials and certificates stipulated in the Article 3.4.1 and the passenger coupon of repurchased ticket. 3.5 Loss of Itinerary If printed itinerary is lost because of reasons of passengers, according to Temporary Regulations on Itineraries of E-tickets of Air Carriage, it cannot be reprinted. 3.6 Sequence and Usage of Coupons 3.6.1 Ticket purchased by passenger is only applicable for the transportation from the origin to destination via the any agreed transition point as listed on the ticket. The fare paid by passenger is based on Juneyao Airlines’s fare rules and the transportation listed on the ticket. Fare is the basic content of the transportation contract between Juneyao Airlines and passenger. 3.6.2 The flight coupons of ticket must be used in sequence according to the trip listed on the ticket. If the first flight coupon of the ticket is not used and the passenger requests to begin their travel from the place of stopover or agreed place of stop, then Juneyao Airlines shall have the right to refuse to accept their ticket. Refunds for this kind of ticket shall be processed in accordance with Article 12.7 of these Conditions. 3.6.3 If passenger wishes to change any aspect of transportation, he must contact Juneyao Airlines in advance through sales service hotline 021-95520 and follow the limitation for ticket use conditions. The fare will be re-calculated after change of transportation. The passenger will be given the option of accepting the new price or maintaining his original transportation as ticketed. If passenger is required to change any aspect of transportation due to force majeure, passenger must contact Juneyao Airlines through sales service hotline 021-95520 as soon as practicable and Juneyao Airlines will use reasonable efforts to transport passenger to the next stopover or final destination, without recalculation of the fare. 3.6.4 If passenger changes his transportation without Juneyao Airlines’s agreement, Juneyao Airlines will assess the correct price for passenger’s actual travel. Passenger will have to pay any difference between the price paid and the total price applicable for the revised transportation. Unused flight coupons of ticket shall be invalid. 3.6.5 Fixed ticket only applies to the flight and boarding date listed on the ticket. 3.6.6 Open ticket or a ticket containing open flight segment means the open status of the full ticket or certain flight segment chosen by the passenger as per her/his own demands and fare rules. According to fare rules of airlines products, any item of carrier, flight number, date of flight, seat status of the ticket may be remained as open, but the passenger must confirm with Juneyao Airlines before actual carriage. 3.6.7 Each flight coupon contained in a ticket will list cabin class, boarding date and flight and be accepted for transportation after seat has been reserved. 3.6.8 Open Ticket holders can reserve their seats in accordance with the fare rule and seat available. For such tickets, within the scope of the conditions of use of the ticket and the scope of the contract of carriage, before the actual carriage, the first confirmation of items on the ticket can be exempted from the change fee (that is, change handling fee). After confirmation, if the change or confirmation of the non-determined matter results in change of fixed items in the original ticket, the fare for the whole travel shall be re-calculated according to the rates conditions, and the ticket difference and the corresponding change fee shall be charged accordingly. 3.6.9 If passenger does not show up for any flight, for which he is holding a reservation, without advising Juneyao Airlines in advance, Juneyao Airlines may cancel passenger’s return or onward reservations as shown in the ticket.

4. Ticket Price and Taxes

4.1 Application of Ticket Prices 4.1.1 Ticket price refers to the price of air transportation from the departure airport to the destination airport, excluding ground transportation costs incurred within the airport, between the terminals, between airports, and between airports and their local city. This also excludes the Civil Aviation Development Fund, Bunker Surcharge, or extra taxes and duties charged to passengers as required by the destination country. 4.1.2 The ticket price shall be the ticket price applied at the time a passenger purchases a ticket. The price of tickets already sold to passengers shall not be changed should Juneyao Airlines adjust ticket price. 4.1.3 Any passenger using special fare tickets shall comply with the conditions applicable to such special fares. 4.2 Paying Ticket Prices 4.2.1 The passenger shall pay fares in the currency and method prescribed by the country, and the ticket shall be paid in cash unless otherwise agreed between Juneyao Airlines and the passenger. 4.2.2 When the received ticket payment is inconsistent with the applicable ticket price or there is a calculation error, the passenger shall supplement the insufficient part of the payment or Juneyao Airlines shall return the overcharged amount. 4.3 Special Ticket Price 4.3.1 Unless otherwise stipulated by Juneyao Airlines, child passengers shall purchase child tickets whose price is 75% of the normal adult fare, and Juneyao Airlines shall provide seats. 4.3.2 Unless otherwise stipulated by Juneyao Airlines, infant passengers shall purchase infant tickets according to 10% of the corresponding normal adult fare, and Juneyao Airlines will not provide seats. Where an infant passenger needs to occupy a seat, a ticket shall be bought according to child ticket. Each adult passenger may carry only two infant passengers, and tickets must be bought according to the child fare for each additional infant passenger, and Juneyao Airlines shall provide seats. 4.4 Any tax, fee or charge imposed by government or other authority, or by the operator of an airport, in respect of a passenger or the use by a passenger of any services or facilities will be in addition to the published fares. It shall be paid by the passenger and collected by airlines at the time of ticket issuance. 4.5 Fuel surcharge and air insurance surcharge are published and charged by the carrier according to relevant regulations of the State. Unless otherwise specifically, infants not occupying a seat are exempt from fuel surcharge; children are charged the same amount of fuel surcharge as adults. 4.6 Fares and charges are payable in any currency acceptable to Juneyao Airlines. Unless otherwise agreed by Juneyao Airlines and passenger, fares and charges are all paid in cash.

5. Reservations

5.1 Reservation Requirements 5.1.1 Reservations shall be tentative unless and until Juneyao Airlines has issued a validated ticket for the carriage to passenger, and the passenger makes payment by the time fixed by Juneyao Airlines. Reservations are not confirmed until recorded as accepted by Juneyao Airlines or its authorized agents. 5.1.2 According to Juneyao Airlines’s regulations, special fares may have conditions that will limit or exclude the passenger’s right to endorse, change, refund or cancel reservations. 5.1.3 When necessary, Juneyao Airlines can suspend the reservation of a particular flight. 5.1.4 Infants and children must be booked in the same compartment as that of the accompanying adult. 5.2 Seat Reservation of Contracted Unit Contracted unit should reserve seats as per contract. 5.3 Time Limit for Purchasing Tickets If a passenger has not paid for the ticket prior to the specified ticketing time limit, Juneyao Airlines may cancel the reservation. 5.4 Personal Information Passengers should confirm their person information provided to Juneyao Airlines. Such personal information will be used for seat reservation and the arrangement of transportation services. Passengers authorize Juneyao Airlines to retain their personal data and permit Juneyao Airlines to transmit the data to the Juneyao Airlines' departments, other relevant carriers, or relevant service providers. 5.5 Priority of Seat Reservations 5.5.1 Juneyao Airlines is entitled to prioritize seat reservation requests from important passengers, rescuers, and other passengers Juneyao Airlines deems necessary to prioritize. 5.5.2 Any passenger who alters their flight involuntarily may be prioritized for seat reservation if the flight has any available seats. 5.6 Seat Reservation Cancellation 5.6.1 If any passenger fails to purchase a ticket within the time period stipulated by Juneyao Airlines or as agreed upon in advance, the previously reserved seat will not be reserved, including any departing flight seat, continuing flight seat or return flight seat. 5.6.2 If a passenger alters or cancels their reserved seat, they shall file a request within the time period stipulated by Juneyao Airlines. If there are any restrictions applicable to the ticket price, the passenger shall be bound by such restrictions at the time of requesting alterations or cancellations of their seat reservation.

6. Ticket Purchasing

6.1 General Provisions 6.1.1 Passengers may purchase tickets at the Juneyao Airlines ticket offices or its sales agent or by logging onto Juneyao Airlines' official website (www.juneyaoair.com). Passengers also can consult and purchase tickets by calling Juneyao Airlines sales service hotline. Juneyao Airlines sales service hotline is 021-95520, and Juneyao Airlines membership hotline is 4007006000. 6.1.2 To buy a ticket, passenger should provide valid identity document of his own or other valid identity documents produced by public security departments. 6.1.3 Passengers who purchase infant tickets or child tickets shall provide valid certificates to prove the birth day of the infant or child. 6.1.4 Each adult passenger can only purchase one infant ticket. Each adult passenger may carry only two infant passengers, and tickets must be bought according to the child fare for each additional infant passenger, and Juneyao Airlines shall provide seats. When purchasing tickets, passengers should lodge a request for taking two infants, so that Juneyao Airlines can provide relevant services on plane. 6.1.5 Sick and pregnant (over 32 weeks) passengers should present diagnosis certificate issued by hospitals at second or above level (or equivalent medical institutions) to be confirmed by Juneyao Airlines before purchasing a ticket. 6.1.6 Each passenger shall hold one ticket. 6.2 If a ticket for code sharing flight is purchased by a passenger, Juneyao Airlines or its sales agents should inform the passenger of the nature, selling carrier and actual carrier of the flight during seat reservation and ticket purchasing. 6.3 If a ticket for connecting flight or is purchased by a passenger, Juneyao Airlines or its sales agents should inform the passenger of the connecting time of connecting flight during seat reservation and ticket purchasing. 6.3.1 In principle, the time for international connecting flight in the same airport should not be less than 3 hours; 6.3.2 In principle, the time for international and domestic connecting flight in the same airport should not be less than 3 hours; 6.4 Juneyao Airlines or its sales agents should sell one-way tickets, joint tickets and round-trip tickets according to the requirements of passengers. 6.5 The printing of itinerary, by calling Juneyao Airlines sales service hotline 021-95520, should not be later than 28 days after takeoff of the flight.

7. Flight Overbooking

7.1 According to air transportation practices, Juneyao Airlines may overbook flights when necessary on flights that are prone to high cancellation rates of reserved seats. When this happens, Juneyao Airlines will inform passengers of the overbooking, compensation schemes and the rights they have before they check-in. 7.2 In the case of overbooking, Juneyao Airlines will provide reasonable compensation according to the compensation scheme and arrange suitable flights or refunds based on the requirements of the passengers who voluntarily give up their seats.

8. Check-in and Boarding

8.1 General Provisions 8.1.1 The applicable boarding deadline varies between airports. Passengers shall arrive at the airport within the time frame specified by Juneyao Airlines. They shall conduct ticket validation, luggage check-in and pick up their boarding pass by producing their valid identity certificate and ticket in a timely manner. 8.1.2 If a passenger fails to arrive at the Juneyao Airlines check-in counter or boarding gate on time or fails to present their valid identification document and transportation certificate, then Juneyao Airlines can cancel the passenger's reserved seat to prevent the flight from a delayed departure. 8.1.3 Juneyao Airlines shall commence check-in no later than 150 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the flight indicated on the ticket, and shall close check-in 50 minutes before the scheduled departure time, unless otherwise announced. (Passengers can make inquiries through Juneyao Airlines sales service hotline 021-95520.) 8.1.4 Juneyao Airlines and its ground handling agencies should open check-in counters in time, accept valid tickets produced by passengers, and process check-in formalities quickly and correctly. 8.2 Security Checks Passengers and their carry-on luggage shall be subject to security checks prior to boarding. 8.3 No-Show Passengers When a passenger misses their flight and requires changing to a subsequent flight and such flight has spare seats, Juneyao Airlines can make arrangements for the passenger to take that flight, and will collect the corresponding fees according to regulations. Should the passenger request a refund, Juneyao Airlines may charge a refund fee according to the applicable conditions of their ticket. 8.4 Missed Boarding 8.4.1 If a passenger requests a ticket refund due to missing boarding as a result of their own fault, the Article 12.7 shall apply. 8.4.2 If a passenger misses the airplane due to Juneyao Airlines, then Juneyao Airlines will arrange for the passenger to take a subsequent flight as early as possible, or process it according to Article 12.6 of these Conditions. 8.5 Wrong Boarding 8.5.1 If any passenger boards the wrong flight and arrives at the wrong destination, the ticket price will not be refunded. 8.5.2 If any passenger boards the wrong aircraft due to the fault of Juneyao Airlines, then Juneyao Airlines will arrange a subsequent flight for the passenger as soon as possible to complete the passenger's scheduled trip. The ticket price will not be refunded. Should the passenger request a refund, Juneyao Airlines will process this as specified in Article 12.6 of these Conditions. 8.6 On-Board Seat Arrangements 8.6.1 Apart from providing a seat according to the flight and class reserved by the passenger, Juneyao Airlines will endeavor to meet the passenger's seat requirements of the same class but does not promise to provide the specified seat requested. 8.6.2 In order to ensure flight safety, emergency exit seats on the aircraft shall be designated by Juneyao Airlines. 8.6.3 For the sake of operation, safety and security, Juneyao Airlines reserves the right to allocate or reallocate seats on the aircraft, even after passengers have boarded and/or taken their seat. 8.7 Boarding 8.7.1 Passengers shall wait to board at the boarding gate within the period specified by Juneyao Airlines under the 'Important Notes' section of the passenger's boarding pass. 8.7.2 When a passenger fails to follow the regulation specified in Article 8.7.1 of these Conditions and fails to board in the specified time before the boarding gate closes, then Juneyao Airlines will cancel the passenger's seat and shall not be responsible for the loss suffered by the passenger therefrom.

9. Luggage Transportation

9.1 General Provisions 9.1.1 Items Unacceptable as Luggage Any of the items set out below shall not be included in passenger’s luggage or carried into the cabin, otherwise, Juneyao Airlines is entitled to refuse to provide transportation services to the passenger: 9.1.1.1 Items that do not comply with the 'Luggage' definition in Article 1.44 of these Conditions. 9.1.1.2 Hazardous goods include but are not limited to: (1) Explosives. (2) Gases, including explosive gases, non-explosive and non-toxic gases, and toxic gases. (3) Flammable gases. (4) Flammable solids, spontaneously combustible substances, and substances which are flammable when in contact with water. (5) Oxidizing agents, and organic peroxides. (6) Toxic substances, and contagious substances. (7) Radioactive substances. (8) Corrosive substances. (9) Magnetic substances. (10) Substances that are anesthetic or unpleasant, or substances of a similar nature. (11) Items that may contaminate the aircraft. (12) Lithium batteries with a lithium content >2 grams or lithium-ion batteries with a nominal energy value >160Wh (watt hours). (13) Other dangerous goods that are not allowed to transport as luggage as stipulated by Juneyao Airlines. 9.1.1.3 Guns, including various types of simulated toy guns, gun-type lighters, and other types of offensive weapons, with the exception of sports equipment. 9.1.1.4 Military equipment, police equipment. 9.1.1.5 Controlled knives. 9.1.1.6 Live animals, except for "service dogs" that meet the requirements of 9.1.3.3 of these Conditions. 9.1.1.7 Items not suitable for acceptance as luggage for transportation as stated in national laws, regulations. 9.1.2 Items Unacceptable as Checked Luggage No passenger is allowed to mix or include any of the following in their checked luggage. For the loss or damage of the following items placed or included in checked luggage, Juneyao Airlines shall be responsible for them same as the general checked luggage: 9.1.2.1 Important documents and materials; 9.1.2.2 Including but not limited to currency, bank draft and other securities; 9.1.2.3 Jewelry, precious metals (gold, silver, etc.) and their products; 9.1.2.4 Antique calligraphy and painting; 9.1.2.5 Fragile and vulnerable items, perishable items. 9.1.2.6 Portable electronic devices containing lithium metal batteries or lithium ion batteries for personal use. (For lithium battery transportation regulations, please refer to the official website www.juneyaoair.com) 9.1.2.7 Sample; 9.1.2.8 Electronic digital products (including but not limited to various cameras and laptops); 9.1.2.9 Travel documents; 9.1.2.10 Other items requiring special care shall not be included or mixed in checked luggage. If they meet the requirements of Juneyao Airlines for weight and volume, they may be treated as Carry-on luggage, brought into the passenger cabin and kept by the passenger. 9.1.3 Items subject to transportation restriction Juneyao Airlines has strict restrictions on unit and quantity and packaging requirements for the transportation of the following items. Only when it meets the conditions for Juneyao Airlines air transport, and with the consent of the Juneyao Airlines, can it accept transportation: 9.1.3.1 Items such as precision instruments, electrical appliances, etc. shall be consigned as goods. If they are to be transported as checked luggage, they must be properly packaged, and the weight of such items must not be calculated in the amount of free luggage. Freight is charged at excess luggage fees. 9.1.3.2 Equipment used for sports, including guns and ammunition for sports purposes, must be issued with a license for the transport of firearms or a permit issued by the State Administration of Sport as checked luggage. Firearms must be unloaded and insured and properly packaged. 9.1.3.3 Service dogs are special dogs that provide assistance for the life and work of disabled people, including: assisting dogs, guide dogs, and hearing dogs. 9.1.3.4 Diplomatic letter bag, confidential document. 9.1.3.5 Electric wheelchairs to be used during the journey. 9.1.3.6 Control tools and blunt tools other than knives, such as choppers, fruit knives, table knives, handicraft knives, scalpels, scissors, sickle knives, performance knives, swords, spears, antiques, knives, swords, and steel knives and axes, short sticks, hammers, etc., cannot be carried on, and should be placed in checked luggage for transport. 9.1.3.7 Dry ice, liquid goods (including alcoholic beverages, drinks containing alcohol, etc.), smoking accessories, medicines, cosmetics, etc. that are required by passenger in travel. The volume and capacity of liquid goods should meet the restrictions of the government authorities, Juneyao Airlines, and related carriers and airports. Alcoholic beverages in alcoholic products must not be carried on as checked luggage. 9.1.3.8 Lithium batteries with rated energy exceeding 100Wh but not exceeding 160Wh. 9.1.3.9 Gaseous oxygen or air cylinders required for medical purposes; small carbon dioxide cylinders for passengers to wear on the limbs; and catalytic curlers containing hydrocarbons, not more than one item per passenger. 9.1.3.11 Any liquid, gels or spraying goods included in the hand-luggage of each passenger shall be contained in a container with a capacity of less than 100 mL, and the total volume thereof shall not exceed 1 L. 9.1.3.10 Large-sized musical instruments and other items not suitable to be placed in the aircraft or cabin, and whose weight and volume exceeds the limits for carry-on luggage, may be carried into the cabin (to occupy a seat) by paying a separate fee, and will be managed by the passenger, and the passenger shall be solely liable for the custody thereof. 9.1.3.12 For living organs and blood products, passengers must properly place the items under the seat. It their weight and volume exceed the limits for carry-on luggage, they may be carried into the cabin (to occupy a seat) by paying a separate fee, and will be managed by the passenger, and the passenger shall be solely liable for the custody thereof. 9.2 Checked luggage 9.2.1 After the luggage is accepted by Juneyao Airlines, Juneyao Airlines will issue one luggage ticket per item of luggage. (For checked luggage requirements, please refer to the official website www.juneyaoair.com) 9.2.2 Passengers shall attach their name label or other discernible personal label to their luggage before the luggage is accepted for transportation. 9.2.3 Checked luggage will, whenever possible, be carried on the same aircraft as passengers, unless Juneyao Airlines decides for safety, security or operational reasons to carry it on alternative flight. If passenger’s checked luggage is carried on a subsequent flight, the carrier will be responsible to deliver it to passenger, unless applicable law requires passenger to be present for customs clearance. 9.2.5 The weight of each piece of checked luggage shall not exceed 32kg, and the sum of the three dimensions must not exceed 158cm for each piece. Luggage that exceeds the above limit will have to obtain the prior consent of Juneyao Airlines. 9.2.4 Checked luggage must be packed in a suitcase or other suitable container, locked properly and strapped securely and must be able to withstand a certain pressure to ensure safe transportation under normal operation conditions. Juneyao Airlines can refuse to carry luggage that is not packaged according to these requirements or shall not take the responsibility for any damages or breakages incurred therein. 9.3 Carry-on Luggage 9.3.1 Each piece of carry-on luggage shall not exceed a weight of 5kg, and the sum of its length, width and height shall not exceed 115 cm. (Free carry-on items requirement, please refer to the official website www.juneyaoair.com) 9.3.2 Luggage to be taken on board shall be placed under the seat in front of the passenger or in the top luggage rack in the cabin. Items judged to be too large or too heavy shall not be permitted into the cabin according to the regulations stated in Article 9.3.1. 9.3.3 Each passenger holding a business class ticket may carry 2 pieces of carry-on luggage. Each passenger holding an economic class ticket is only allowed to carry 1 piece of carry-on luggage. 9.3.4 Note: Carry-on luggage exceeding the above-mentioned weight, number, or size limitations shall be transported as checked luggage. 9.3.5 Lithium-ion batteries or battery packs that exceed 100Wh but less than 160Wh can only be carried as carry-on luggage; each passenger can only carry 2 pieces of the above-mentioned lithium-ion batteries or battery packs and be protected in accordance with the requirements for safe transportation of CAAC and Juneyao Airlines. 9.4 Free Luggage Allowance 9.4.1 Free luggage allowances for international and regional routes for general luggage: (For free luggage allowance requirements, see the official website www.juneyaoair.com) 9.4.1.1 Each passenger of business class, regardless of adult or child, can check in two pieces of luggage for free. The weight of each luggage must not exceed 32kg. 9.4.1.2 Each passenger of economic class who takes a flight of Americas, Europe, Africa, Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, Asia (excluding Japan, South Korea) and Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan regions can check in one piece of luggage for free. The weight of the luggage must not exceed 23kg. 9.4.1.3 Each passenger of economic class who takes a flight of Japan and South Korea can check in two pieces of luggage for free. The weight of each luggage must not exceed 23kg. 9.4.1.4 Each infant passenger (regardless of class) can check in one piece of luggage for free with weight not more than 23kg. A free pushchair or cradle can also be checked in. 9.4.2 Passengers who purchase mixed-class tickets will be counted separately according to the free luggage allowance stipulated in the fare class of each flight segment. 9.4.3 Free luggage allowance of any two (inclusive) or more passengers traveling together that take the same flight to the same destination or in-transit airport may be combined to calculate their free luggage allowance according to the standard applicable to their ticket class, respectively, if they check in their luggage at the same location. 9.4.4 The free luggage allowance of a connected journey shall be calculated according to the relevant regulations of Juneyao Airlines and the International Air Transport Association (IATA). 9.4.5 If a passenger has their ticket class voluntarily altered, they will be entitled to the free luggage allowance according to the changed ticket class. If a passenger has their ticket class not voluntarily altered, they will be entitled to the free luggage allowance according to the original ticket class. 9.4.6 Facilities for disabled passengers, including but not limited to wheelchairs, walking sticks and artificial limbs, will not be covered by free luggage allowance, but may be accepted for transportation for free separately. 9.5 Charges for Overweight Luggage 9.5.1 The part of checked luggage of any passenger in excess of the free luggage allowance shall be referred to as overweight luggage, for which the passenger shall pay an overweight luggage fee. 9.5.2 An overweight luggage ticket will be issued to the passenger if overweight luggage is accepted for transportation. 9.5.3 Rates for Overweight Luggage 9.5.3.1 Rate per piece: Subject to the applicable fixed rate published in the Passenger Air Tariff (PAT) by the International Air Transportation Association (IATA). 9.5.3.2 The charged amount shall be denominated in the currency of the applicable country or region and shall be rounded to the nearest whole unit. 9.5.3.3 The rates and calculation methods for overweight luggage shall be handled in accordance with the regulations of the auspicious airline. For details, please refer to the official website of Juneyao Airlines. http://www.juneyaoair.com 9.6 Declared Value of Luggage 9.6.1 Any passenger whose checked luggage has a value more than USD 20 per kilogram may apply for declared luggage value. 9.6.2 The declared value of any checked luggage shall not be greater than the actual value of the luggage. The upper limit applicable to declared value of checked luggage of each passenger shall be USD 2,000 (or the equivalent of such amount in other currency. When this limit is exceeded, passengers may purchase other insurance products on their own). Where Juneyao Airlines objects to the declared value or the passenger refuses to accept inspection, Juneyao Airlines shall have the right to reject the luggage. 9.6.3 Juneyao Airlines will impose an excess charge for the declared value exceeding the limit specified in Article 9.6.1 of these Conditions. For details of specific charges, please refer to the official website www.juneyaoair.com. 9.6.4 Luggage for which an application for declared value is accepted will not be covered by free luggage allowance. 9.6.5 Checked luggage for which an application for declared value is accepted is limited to whole package. No single item in the luggage can apply for declared value. 9.6.6 Declared value applications for any carry-on luggage and seat-occupying luggage will not be accepted by Juneyao Airlines. 9.7 Acceptance of luggage 9.7.1 Refusal to Accept Passengers 9.7.1.1 If the passenger's checked luggage or carry-on luggage belongs to or includes items that cannot be transported as luggage, Juneyao Airlines reserves the right to refuse to accept the luggage. 9.7.1.2 If the passenger's checked luggage belongs to or includes items that cannot be transported as luggage, Juneyao Airlines reserves the right to refuse to accept the luggage as checked luggage. 9.7.1.3 If the passenger who carries items that are subject to restricted transportation does not or refuses to abide by the restrictions on transport conditions of Juneyao Airlines, Juneyao Airlines has the right to refuse to accept the transportation of the articles. 9.7.1.4 If the passenger's checked luggage or carry-on luggage does not meet Juneyao Airlines air transport conditions due to its form, packaging, size, weight or characteristics, Juneyao Airlines shall request the passenger to improve it. If the passenger cannot or refuses to improve, Juneyao Airlines has the right to refuse accept the transportation of this luggage. 9.7.2 Right of inspection For reasons of transportation safety, Juneyao Airlines may check the luggage with the passenger; if necessary, it may check with the relevant department. If the passenger refuses to check, Juneyao Airlines reserves the right to refuse to accept the luggage. 9.7.3 Acceptance and transportation requirements 9.7.3.1 Passengers must check in their luggage with a valid ticket. Juneyao Airlines shall fill in the number and weight of checked luggage on the ticket and luggage ticket, or fill in the number of checked luggage on the luggage identification tag. 9.7.3.2 Juneyao Airlines will only accept luggage at the time of check-in for boarding on the date the flight departs from the terminal. 9.7.3.3 Juneyao Airlines will attach a luggage tag to each piece of checked luggage and will give an identification tag to the passenger. 9.7.3.4When a passenger checks in luggage involved in a transport liability dispute, Juneyao Airlines will hang a liability-exempt luggage tag onto the luggage after obtaining consent from the passenger. 9.7.4 Carriage of Luggage 9.7.4.1 Checked luggage of the passenger shall be transported on the same plane as the passenger. If the aircraft cannot be transported on the same plane under special circumstances, Juneyao Airlines shall explain to the passenger and give priority to the transportation on the follow-up flight. 9.7.4.2 The overweight luggage of passengers shall be carried on the same plane as the passengers under the conditions permitted by the aircraft load. If the load is not allowed and the passenger refuses to use the subsequent available flight, Juneyao Airlines may refuse to accept the passenger's overweight luggage. 9.7.5 Small animals (Juneyao Airlines temporarily does not transport small animals), except for "service dogs" that meet the requirements of 9.1.3.3 of these Conditions. Service dogs (helping dogs, guide dogs, hearing dogs) that meet the air transport conditions of Juneyao Airlines can be transported by passengers with inconveniences, blind passengers or deaf passengers who have boarding conditions to the cabin. The identity and quarantine certificates of service dogs (helping dogs, guide dogs, hearing dogs) should be provided. Service dogs (helping dogs, guide dogs, hearing dogs), together with its cage and food, can be carried for free, without taking up the free luggage allowance. 9.7.6 Diplomatic Bag 9.7.6.1 Diplomatic bags shall be carried and kept by the diplomats themselves. If the diplomat requires so, diplomatic bags may be accepted as checked luggage, provided however that Juneyao Airlines will only be liable for damage and loss of such diplomatic bag during transport in the same way as regular checked luggage. 9.7.6.2 The weight or number of pieces of diplomatic bags and luggage may be combined together when determining the weight or number of pieces. The parts in excess of the free luggage allowance shall be subject to the rules applicable to overweight luggage fee. 9.7.6.3 If the diplomatic bag needs to occupy a seat, the passenger shall make a request at the time of seat reservation. No such bags will be allowed unless consented to by Juneyao Airlines. 9.7.6.4 The total weight of diplomatic bags occupying any seat shall not exceed 75kg, and the total volume thereof shall not exceed 40 × 60 × 100 cm. No free luggage allowance will be applicable to diplomatic bags occupying seats, and the freight rate shall be calculated in the manners set out below, whichever is higher: a) A fee will be charged for overweight luggage based on the actual weight of the diplomatic bags occupying a seat. b) A fee will be charged based on the number of seats occupied by the diplomatic bags and according to the price applicable to the same cabin class tickets held by the diplomat for their flight between the place of departure place and destination. 9.7.6.5 Any classified documents carried by messengers shall be subject to provisions under this Article. 9.7.7 Illegal Luggage Any checked or carry-on luggage of a passenger that contains any state prohibited items, hazardous items, or restrictive items without the consent of Juneyao Airlines shall be deemed as illegal luggage in its entirety. Juneyao Airlines shall apply the following provisions to illegal luggage: 9.7.7.1 If an illegal item is discovered at the departure airport, Juneyao Airlines may refuse to accept the luggage. If the luggage has already been accepted, Juneyao Airlines may terminate transportation thereof, and any overweight luggage fee that has been charged will not be refundable. 9.7.7.2 If an illegal luggage is found at a stopover site, Juneyao Airlines shall immediately terminate its transportation, and the overweight luggage charges incurred shall not be refunded. 9.7.7.3 Prohibited items, restricted items or hazardous items included in illegal luggage shall be handed over to the competent authorities as required by the relevant states. 9.7.8 Cancellation of Luggage Transportation 9.7.8.1 Any request made by any passenger for the cancellation of luggage transportation shall be filed prior to the loading of the luggage. If any passenger applies for a ticket refund, the luggage already accepted for transportation shall also be canceled. For the above cancellation, the overweight luggage fees that have been charged shall be refunded. 9.7.8.2 Unless not permitted at the time, the request made by the passenger for cancellation of the transportation of luggage at the stopover site may be accepted. However, any overweight luggage fees already received for the segment of the journey not taken will not be refunded. 9.7.8.3 At the time the passenger files an application for the cancellation of luggage transportation, for which a value is declared, Juneyao Airlines will refund the extra fee charged for the declared luggage value application already paid if filed at departure airport. If filed in a stopover airport, then it will not be refundable. 9.7.8.4 If passengers are arranged to take another flight due to a reason on the part of Juneyao Airlines, the carriage of their luggage shall be adjusted accordingly. Overcharges or deficiencies for the luggage allowance will be returned or supplemented by Juneyao Airlines, but the fare paid for the luggage declaration value will not be refunded. For arrangements for passengers to endorse flights to other carriers, luggage returns should be processed, and the overweight luggage fees collected and declared value surcharges paid shall be refunded. 9.8 Delivery of Checked Luggage 9.8.1 Luggage delivery 9.8.1.1 Passengers are required to pick up their luggage by presenting the identification tag at the airport immediately after the aircraft arrives at the destination. If necessary, passengers are required to present their ticket for validation. 9.8.1.2 If the passenger fails to pick up their luggage immediately, Juneyao Airlines may charge the passenger a luggage storage fee from the day following the arrival date of their luggage. Juneyao Airlines has the right to deal with perishable items in the passenger's luggage 24 hours after the luggage arrives. 9.8.1.3 Juneyao Airlines delivers luggage according to the luggage identification tag and shall not be responsible for whether the person claiming the luggage is the passenger, and any loss or expenses arising therefrom. 9.8.1.4 If the luggage arrives later than the scheduled time, Juneyao Airlines will immediately notify the passenger and request them to pick up the luggage or deliver it directly to the passenger. There is no custody fee for delayed luggage. 9.8.1.5 If the passenger fails to raise a written objection at the time of pick-up of luggage, the checked luggage shall be deemed to have been delivered properly pursuant to the transportation contract. 9.8.1.6 If a passenger loses the identification tag of lost luggage tag, he/she shall immediately report to Juneyao Airlines. If passengers request to collect their luggage, they should provide sufficient evidence to Juneyao Airlines and issue a receipt when they collect their luggage. Juneyao Airlines shall not be liable if the luggage has been taken out by others before the report of the loss. 9.8.2 Unclaimed Luggage If a luggage is unclaimed after 90 days from the next day of luggage’s arrival, Juneyao Airlines has the right to process it according to the regulations on unclaimed luggage. 9.8.3 Processing of Abnormal Carriage of Luggage 9.8.3.1 In the event of delay, loss or damage in the carriage of luggage, Juneyao Airlines and its authorized ground handling agency, together with passenger, should fill up a Record Form of Accidents of Luggage Carriage, check out the situation and reasons, and report the results of investigation to passenger and departments concerned. Requests for luggage compensation may be filed at the departure airport, stopover site, or destination airport. 9.8.3.2 According to its relevant regulations, Juneyao Airlines shall offer compensation to cover temporary living arrangements for passengers whose checked luggage fails to arrive on the same flight as them due to fault of Juneyao Airlines. 9.9 Compensation for Luggage 9.9.1 Responsibilities of Juneyao Airlines 9.9.1.1 Juneyao Airlines shall be liable for any delay, destruction, loss or damage to checked luggage of passengers caused by any event arising during the flight. 9.9.1.2 Juneyao Airlines shall not be liable if it is able to prove that it has taken all necessary measures in order to avoid the occurrence of delay losses or measures cannot be taken. 9.9.1.3 Juneyao Airlines will not be liable if such loss or damage to checked luggage of passengers is due to the nature, quality or defect of the luggage. 9.9.1.4 Juneyao Airlines shall not be liable for damage or loss of the luggage caused by items inside the passengers’ luggage. In the event that a passenger's luggage or the item in it causes harm to others or causes losses to the items of others or the property of Juneyao Airlines, the passenger shall compensate Juneyao Airlines or others for all the losses and all the expenses arising therefrom. 9.9.1.5 For the loss or damage of items that are restricted by Article 9.1.2 of these Conditions and are carried without Juneyao Airlines knowledge, Juneyao Airlines will bear the liability for compensation according to the regulations that apply to general checked luggage only. 9.9.1.6 In connected transportation, Juneyao Airlines will only be liable for the loss of luggage on the flight it operates. 9.9.2 Claims and limitation of actions 9.9.2.1 In the event of loss of checked luggage, if there is a claim, the person who has the right to file a claim shall file a written objection to Juneyao Airlines after discovering the loss. If any loss of checked luggage occurs, the claim shall be filed within 7 days from the date of receipt of the checked luggage; if any delay in checked luggage occurs, the claim shall be filed within 21 days from the date of delivery of the luggage to the passenger for disposal. Otherwise, no claim can be filed against Juneyao Airlines. 9.9.2.2 Any claims should be raised in written form within the above time limit, or no compensation should be raised towards Juneyao Airlines.

10. Flight Schedule, Cancellations and Changes

10.1 Flight Schedules 10.1.1 Juneyao Airlines will, to the best of its ability, make efforts to transport passengers and their luggage reasonably according to the flight schedule announced on the day of travel. Juneyao Airlines will notify passengers of the flight schedule set forth on their ticket when Juneyao Airlines accepts the seat reservation and/or ticket purchase request from a passenger. Juneyao Airlines may change the flight schedule after the ticket is sold. Juneyao Airlines will notify passengers of any changes made to the flight schedule according to the contact information supplied by passengers. If a passenger cannot accept the changes to the flight schedule made by Juneyao Airlines and an alternate flight acceptable by the passenger cannot be arranged, then passengers can apply for a refund according to regulations in Article 12.6 in these Conditions. 10.1.2 The flight schedule or aircraft types displayed on flight timetables or at other places are scheduled flight times and aircraft types only, these are not guaranteed, and such flight schedules or aircraft types shall not constitute an integral part of the carriage contract between Juneyao Airlines and the passenger. 10.1.3 Juneyao Airlines will not be liable for any errors or omissions on flight timetables or other published on flight schedules, unless caused by any willful misconduct, a negligent act, or inactivity by Juneyao Airlines where it was known that this would cause resulting losses. Juneyao Airlines shall not be responsible for any explanation given by its employees, agents or representatives regarding the departure time, arrival time, date or flight. 10.2 Flight cancellations and changes Juneyao Airlines can change the aircraft type or route, or cancel, interrupt, postpone or delay the scheduled flight without prior notice, and handle the matter in accordance with Article 10.3 of these Conditions in any of the following situations: 10.2.1 To comply with national laws, administrative regulations, rules, orders or requirements. 10.2.2 In order to ensure flight safety. 10.2.3 Other causes that are beyond the control of or are unforeseeable by Juneyao Airlines. 10.3 When Juneyao Airlines cancels or delays a flight due to one of the reasons listed in Article 10.2 of these Conditions which results in the failure to provide passengers with their reserved seats (including the class), fails to stop at a passengers' stopover or destination, or causes passengers to miss their connecting flight for which the passengers has reserved seats, Juneyao Airlines will consider reasonable requests made by passengers and adopt any of the following measures as chosen by the affected passenger: 10.3.1 Juneyao Airlines will offer passengers an available seat on the successive direct flight, or extend the validity term of the passenger's ticket. 10.3.2 Transfer passengers to another carrier after obtaining consent from both the passenger and the carrier in question. 10.3.3 Change the routes listed on the original ticket, and arrange a Juneyao Airlines’ flight to transport the passenger to their destination or stopover site. The difference between the original ticket price and new ticket along with any overweight luggage fee will be refunded or will not need to paid, depending on whether the new ticket price is higher or lower than the original. 10.3.4 Handle the matter according to Article 12.6 on in these Conditions. 10.4 If any of the situations described in Article 10.2 of these Conditions occurs, then the measures listed in Articles 10.3.1 to 10.3.4 are to be chosen by the passengers. However, this does not exclude any other responsibilities to be taken by Juneyao Airlines as requested by the passengers according to the applicable laws and provisions of these Conditions. 10.5 Juneyao Airlines will take all necessary measures to avoid delays in passenger and passenger luggage. Juneyao Airlines will not be liable if it has taken all necessary measures or if the measures were impossible to be taken. 10.6 Juneyao Airlines may, according to its reasonable determination or as required by its operational needs, change or cancel any stopover site listed on the ticket or flight schedule, and may switch to another carrier or aircraft without giving prior notice. 10.7 In case of load reduction arising from a reason out of Juneyao Airlines control, Juneyao Airlines will, according to its reasonable judgment, refuse to transport some passengers or part of their luggage. In such cases, Juneyao Airlines will, in accordance with its applicable rules, offer successive flight services, change the ticket or refund the ticket, but is not liable beyond this.

11. Refused and limited transportation

11.1 Refused transportation If based on it reasonable judgment, Juneyao Airlines determines one of the following situations, it can refuse to transport any passengers and their luggage to ensure flight safety: 11.1.1 In order to comply with any national laws, government regulations, and orders. 11.1.2. A passenger is not suitable for the flight due to their behavior, age, mental or physical conditions, or the passenger or other persons or properties associated with them is likely to cause a threat or harm others. 11.1.3 Any passenger refuses to abide by the rules of Juneyao Airlines or refuses to follow the arrangement or advice of personnel of Juneyao Airlines. 11.1.4 Any passenger refuses to take part in the safety inspection or refuses to let their luggage be checked. 11.1.5 Any passenger fails to pay the ticket price, taxes or payable fees, or does not comply with any credit arrangements between them and Juneyao Airlines. 11.1.6 Any passenger fails to produce a valid identity certificate, or the identity certificate they produce is not the same as the one used to purchase the electronic ticket. 11.1.7 Any passenger does not use the flight coupon in the order set forth on the ticket. 11.1.8 Any passenger fails to produce a valid ticket, including: 11.1.8.1 Tickets are obtained illegally, or their tickets are not purchased from Juneyao Airlines or its sales agents. 11.1.8.2 A reported loss is filed for the ticket. 11.1.8.3 The ticket is counterfeited. 11.1.8.4 The flight coupon thereof is changed, altered, damaged, or destroyed without the consent of Juneyao Airlines or its authorized agents. 11.1.8.5 The ticket holder is not able to prove that he/she is the person listed under 'Name of Passenger'. 11.2 Limited Transportation 11.2.1 Special passengers, including infant, unaccompanied children, sick, disabled, pregnant, or criminal (including criminal suspect) or physically or mentally ill passengers can be transported only when they meet the conditions specified by Juneyao Airlines and its carriers, and with the prior approvals and necessary arrangements of Juneyao Airlines and its carriers. (For passengers who are restricted to transport above, please call Juneyao Airlines sales service hotline: 021-95520 for consultation and application.) 11.2.2 In order to limit the number of passengers to be transported, for the sake of safety, Juneyao Airlines will exercise appropriate control over the number of passengers that are restricted on each flight.

12 Ticket Refunds

12.1 General Provisions 12.1.1 In case of failure by Juneyao Airlines to provide carriage in accordance with the contract of carriage, or voluntary change of travel arrangements by passengers, refund for an unused ticket or portion thereof shall be made by Juneyao Airlines according to Juneyao Airlines’s regulations. 12.1.2 Unless the ticket is lost, at the time ticket refund request, the flight coupon' and passenger coupon of the paper ticket for the segments not taken shall be submitted. For electronic tickets of unused flight segment, refund will only be accepted when the flight coupon’s status is OPEN FOR USE. Passengers who have printed the itinerary must use the itinerary to process the refund. At the time of a ticket refund request, the passenger shall produce their valid identity card produced at the time of ticket purchase. If another person is entrusted to handle the ticket refund, the entrusted party shall produce a power of attorney, valid identity certificates of passenger as set forth on the ticket, the ticket and the valid identity certificates of the entrusted party. 12.1.3 Juneyao Airlines' refunds made to any person who holds all flight coupons, passenger coupons and payment vouchers for unused flight segments and who complies with the provisions in Articles 11.1.2 of these Conditions shall be deemed as formal, and the carriage contract relationship between Juneyao Airlines and the passenger will immediately cease. 12.1.4 Refund for Lost Tickets If some or all of the tickets are lost, and the passenger provides a loss certificate requested by Juneyao Airlines, pays all the applicable service charges within the time limit specified by Juneyao Airlines, and all the following conditions are met, then Juneyao Airlines will issue a refund to the passenger after the tickets expire: 12.1.4.1 Juneyao Airlines has received the fares for the lost tickets. 12.1.4.2 The lost tickets have not been used or refunded before the refund is requested and Juneyao Airlines has not reissued new tickets without the passengers paying separate fares. 12.1.4.3 The passenger must fill in the Reissuing Application of Lost Tickets of Juneyao Airlines. 12.1.4.4 The passenger shall make a statement and agree to compensate all the losses that may be suffered by Juneyao Airlines thereby, including fraudulent use or refunds made by others and the necessary litigation cost occurred. 12.1.4.5 The above refund will not be processed if the lost ticket has been used, returned or replaced by others due to the circumstances caused by the negligence of Juneyao Airlines. 12.2 Ticket Refund Period A refund must be applied for within 13 months after the carriage commencement day (or from the ticket issuance day, if the first segment is not taken). Juneyao Airlines will not accept any requests filed after this period. 12.3 Locations to File a Ticket Refund Request 12.3.1 To return a ticket voluntarily, the passenger shall process refund formalities at the original place where the ticket was purchased, or the local ticket office operated directly under Juneyao Airlines. 12.3.2 Any passenger that purchases tickets on Juneyao Airlines' official website, mobile website, mobile application or hotline shall file the ticket refund application at the original purchase platform. 12.4 Currency Any refund shall comply with the applicable laws and rules of the country of original ticket purchase and country of ticket refund. Juneyao Airlines will usually provide refunds using the original payment currency, but can also use the currency of the country where the ticket is bought or returned in. 12.5 Refund to credit or debit card The refund amount will be returned to the account of the previous payment if a passenger used a credit or debit card to pay the ticket price at the time of purchase. Juneyao Airlines will calculate the refund amount based on the amount and currency of the ticket originally paid by the passenger according to this rule. Due to the currency exchange difference, the amount of the ticket refunded to the passenger’s card may be different from the original amount credited by the credit card or debit card company. Passengers are not entitled to submit a refund claim to Juneyao Airlines for this difference. 12.6 Involuntary refunds If the passenger requests a refund due to any reason listed in Article 3.3.1 of these Conditions, then: 12.6.1 The whole ticket price, taxes and duties will be refunded, and refund service fees will not be charged if the whole ticket is unused. 12.6.2 If a portion of the ticket has been used, after subtracting the amount of individual or group fare on the used sectors and subtracting the amount of used taxes and charges, the remaining amount will be refunded. The refunded amount shall not be higher than the amount paid. No refund fee shall be charged. 12.6.3 If the flight lands at an airport other than the appointed stopover, and if the passenger demands for refund, fare from the landed airport to the destination at the same discount rate or class with the original paid fare shall be refunded, but the refunded amount shall not be higher than the paid amount; no refund fee shall be charged. Applicable carrier’s rate from landed airport to destination shall be chosen on priority. If there are no published fares from landed airport to destination, fare of other means of transportation from landed airport to destination shall be refunded. Where there are more than one applicable rates of a same means of transportation, the medium one shall be chosen. 12.6.4 Change fee shall be paid by passenger who requires flight change of his/her own will. When the changed flight is not performed as scheduled, the ticket can be refunded free of charge while the previously paid change fee shall not be refunded. 12.7 Voluntary Refunds 12.7.1 If the entire ticket is unused, the ticket price, taxes and duties after deducting refund handling charges will be refunded. 12.7.2. For a partially used ticket, any remaining balance of the paid amount after the listed fee rate for the used leg applicable to individual passengers and tax, plus an amount of handling charge for cancellation, will be refunded to the passenger. 12.7.3 If the applicable ticket price for the segments already taken is equal to or greater than the ticket price for the whole flight, the ticket price for the segments not taken will not be refundable, but the refundable taxes and duties for the segments not taken will be refunded to the passenger. 12.7.4 In case of refund of ticket with rate combination rule, the most stringent rules of use shall prevail. 12.8 Refund Handling Charges 12.8.1 Juneyao Airlines may charge passengers a refund handling charge. When a passenger requests a refund, Juneyao Airlines will charge the passenger with refund handling charges according to Article 12.7 of these Conditions. 12.8.2 If passengers who are revolutionary disabled soldiers and passengers who are policemen with service-connected disability require a refund, there will be no refund handling charges; 12.8.3 Unless otherwise stipulated, any passenger holding a child ticket or any infant occupying a seat shall pay the same refund handling charges as adults, while any passenger not occupying a seat and holding an infant ticket may be exempt from refund handling charges if they request a ticket refund. 12.8.4 For refund due to disease, a certificate of diagnosis issued by a hospital of second or above level (or medical institutions at an equivalent level) shall be produced, and in such cases the passenger will be exempted from refund handling charges. If the accompanying person of any sick passenger requests a ticket refund, the ticket refund procedure shall be handled together for the sick passenger and accompanying person. Refund handling charges will not be charged. However, this provision shall not apply to more than 2 accompanying persons. 12.8.5 If a passenger dies and other person related to him applies for refund, a death certificate issued by the public security department or military police authority shall be submitted. The refund handling charges will not be charged. If the accompanying person of the deceased requests a refund, the request shall be accompanied by a photocopy of the ticket of the deceased passenger and the relevant supporting documents. The ticket refund formalities shall be handled concurrently. Refund handling charges will not be charged, and the time period applicable for this kind of refund request shall be no longer than 45 days after the death of the passenger. 12.9 Rejected Ticket Refund Requests 12.9.1 If any passenger completes their journey at a stopover site, the ticket price for the segment of the flight not taken by him is non-refundable. 12.9.2 Only taxes and duties may be refunded for tickets which state that the ticket price is non-refundable or that no balance remains. 12.9.3 Juneyao Airlines retains the right to forfeit any falsified or counterfeited ticket and will not return or refund those tickets. 12.9.4 When a passenger has not requested a refund in thirty days after the ticket expires (unless otherwise specified), Juneyao Airlines can refuse the request. 12.9.5. For a ticket bought by a passenger to a destination where denied entry or repatriation happens, no refund will be provided.

13. Ticket Changes

13.1 Involuntary Changes 13.1.1 For passengers who take a flight of Juneyao Airlines and suffer from flight cancellations, advances, delays, flight changes, missed connections, or failure to provide seats already reserved by the passengers due to uncontrollable or unforeseen reasons such as weather and air traffic control, Juneyao Airlines should take into account the reasonable needs of passengers and take one of the following measures: 13.1.1.1 Give passengers priority arrangements for available seats for Juneyao Airlines flights; 13.1.1.2 Transfer passengers to other flights, with the consent of passengers and the relevant carrier; 13.1.1.3 Change the routes listed on the original ticket and arrange a Juneyao Airlines’ flight to transport the passenger to their destination or stopover site. The difference between the original ticket price and new ticket along with any overweight luggage fee will be refunded or will not need to be paid, depending on whether the new ticket price is higher or lower than the original. As a result, additional taxes and fees, ground transport costs, and other service fees will be incurred by passengers themselves. 13.1.2 For passengers who take a flight of Juneyao Airlines and suffer from flight cancellations, advances, delays, flight changes, missed connections, or failure to provide seats already reserved by the passengers, due to reasons such as aircraft maintenance, flight deployment, etc., Juneyao Airlines should consider the reasonable needs of passengers and take one of the following measures: 13.1.2.1 Give passengers priority arrangements for available seats for Juneyao Airlines flights; 13.1.2.2 Transfer passengers to other flights, with the consent of passengers and the relevant carrier; 13.1.2.3 Change the routes listed on the original ticket and arrange a Juneyao Airlines’ flight to transport the passenger to their destination or stopover site. The difference between the original ticket price and new ticket along with any overweight luggage fee will be refunded or will not need to be paid, depending on whether the new ticket price is higher or lower than the original. 13.1.3 If there is a change in the flight of Juneyao Airlines, passengers may only apply for and change the flight within 3 days before or after the original flight. 13.2 After the purchase of tickets by the passengers who voluntarily changed flight, date or cabin class (including physical class and fixed seat), if a change is required, Juneyao Airlines shall actively handle the request if there are available seats and allowed by rate conditions. If the change results in changes in the fare, if the fare increases, passengers shall be compensated for the difference, and the fee for change shall be charged. If the fare is reduced, the ticket shall be reissued after refunded on a voluntary basis. Alternatively, the passenger may choose to maintain the original fare for further travel. 13.3. Unless otherwise specified, the same rescheduling charge as applicable to adults applies to tickets for children charged at children's fares or babies who occupy seats. No rescheduling charge applies to tickets for babies who do not occupy seats charged at babies' fares.

14. Ticket Endorsement

14.1 Involuntary Endorsement In the event of cancellation, delay, route change of flight, or failure to provide original seats, Juneyao Airlines shall prioritize passengers to take its follow-up flights. Except as otherwise provided by Juneyao Airlines, after obtaining the consent of the passengers and the relevant carriers, they may go through the formalities for endorsement. 14.2 Voluntary Endorsement When a passenger holding a ticket issued by Juneyao Airlines or a ticket not issued by Juneyao Airlines, but which includes a segment of Juneyao Airlines requests to change the original carrier of a transport segment due to personal reasons, the endorsement formalities can be completed for the passenger provided that the applicable conditions of the ticket permit and Juneyao Airlines agrees. 14.2.1 There is no endorsement limit for the fares used by passengers; 14.2.2 The carrier requested by the passenger and Juneyao Airlines signed a transport agreement, so that they can issue or receive ticket of each other. 14.2.3 When a passenger not complying with the Article 14.2 of these Conditions requests to change their carrier, the request shall be handled according to the requirements in Article 12.7 of these Conditions. 14.2.4 Sales agents of Juneyao Airlines are not permitted to conduct endorsement formalities for any passenger without the authorization of Juneyao Airlines.

15. Passenger Services

15.1 General service 15.1.1 In order to ensure the safety of aircraft and the normal operation of flights, and to provide quality services, Juneyao Airlines should use civilized manners and warm and thoughtful service attitudes to earnestly complete the various on-boarding and ground passenger transportation service tasks. 15.1.2 Juneyao Airlines does not provide ground transport service within airport areas or between airports in the same city or between airports and down town. Juneyao Airlines will not be liable for the acts or omissions of anything done by an agent or representative of Juneyao Airlines in assisting the passenger to make arrangements for such ground transport service. 15.1.3 The meal costs off the aircraft incurred by passengers at connecting flight points shall be borne by the passengers. 15.1.4 If illness happens to passenger during air carriage, Juneyao Airlines shall take active measures and do its best to save the passenger. 15.1.5 During the flight, Juneyao Airlines will offer free drinks or food to passengers according to its rules and standards. Juneyao Airlines may charge a reasonable fee for services requested by any passenger beyond those provided for free. 15.1.6 When the flight is delayed or canceled, Juneyao Airlines and ground service agents will promptly notify the passengers of the delay or cancellation information of flight.

16. Conduct aboard Aircraft

16.1 Juneyao Airlines may take any measures it deems necessary, including restraining and controlling or requesting the passenger to get off at any place, if any passenger displays the following behavior or acts whilst on board the aircraft: 16.1.1 Any act that may jeopardize the safety of the aircraft or any person or property on board the aircraft. 16.1.2 Any act that impede the crew to perform their duties; 16.1.3 Refusing to follow the arrangements or advice of the crew. 16.1.4 Disorderly behaviors, including but not limited to smoking, excessive drinking of alcohol or taking drugs. 16.1.5 Acts that cause or may cause discomfort, inconvenience, damage or injury to other passengers, or that another passenger objects to. 16.2 Electronic Devices Passengers shall not use mobile phones, walkie-talkies, remote-controlled toys and other electronic devices with remote control devices, and other radio transmission devices that are deemed to interfere with the safe operation of aircraft by the relevant departments and Juneyao Airlines. Passengers may not use any electronic devices other than hearing aids and cardiac pacemakers on aircraft without the permission of Juneyao Airlines. It is not allowed to use mobile power while flying. It is prohibited to carry mobile power rated at 160Wh (watt hour). 16.3 'No-smoking' Policies on the Flight All flights of Juneyao Airlines are non-smoking and smoking is not allowed in all areas on board. 16.4 Alcoholic Beverages On planes, except for alcoholic beverages provided by Juneyao Airlines, no other alcoholic beverages may be consumed. 16.5 Safety Belt Passengers are required to fasten their safety belt following instructions after they are seated on board the aircraft.

17. Solution for Delays

17.1 Passenger service for flight departure delays 17.1.1 Within 30 minutes after being aware of flight status change, Juneyao Airlines should promptly and accurately announce flight departure delays or cancellations to passengers through public information platforms, official websites, call centers, short messages, telephones, and broadcastings. 17.1.2 When the flight is delayed or canceled during departure, Juneyao Airlines shall properly handle the refund or change procedures of tickets for passengers based on these Conditions and the conditions of use of the tickets. 17.1.3 After a delay or cancellation of a flight during of the departure, Juneyao Airlines or its ground service agent shall provide boarding and lodging services for passengers in the following situations: 17.1.3.1 In the case of any departure delays or flight cancellations due to aircraft maintenance, flight adjustment, or crew reasons, Juneyao Airlines and its ground service agents will arrange meals and/or accommodation for passengers. 17.1.3.2 In the case of any departure delays or flight cancellations due to bad weather, emergencies, air traffic control, safety inspections, the fault of a passenger, and other events not attributable to Juneyao Airlines, Juneyao Airlines and its ground service agents will help arrange meals and/or accommodation for passengers at the cost of the passenger. 17.1.4 In the case of any departure delay or flight cancellation, Juneyao Airlines will offer services to the disabled, senior, pregnant women and children without adult companion and other passengers needing special care prior to other persons. 17.2 On-board Solution for Delays 17.2.1 In the case of any delays on board the aircraft, Juneyao Airlines will provide passengers with a notice of the cause of delay, estimated duration of delay, and other information regarding the flight every 30 minutes. 17.2.2 During delays on board the aircraft, Juneyao Airlines will ensure that the washing rooms are available and functional provided that it will not affect aviation safety. 17.2.3 In the case of any delay on board for more than 2 hours (inclusive), Juneyao Airlines will provide drinking water and food to the passengers on board. 17.2.4 Where any such delay lasts for over three hours (inclusive) and take-off time is still not determined, Juneyao Airlines will ask passengers to get off the aircraft and wait, subject to aviation safety and security regulations.

18. Delay compensation

18.1 Scope of Application 18.1.1 Service or financial compensation provided to passenger for delays due to reasons caused or not caused by Juneyao Airlines. 18.1.1.1 The reasons caused by Juneyao Airlines refer to its own reasons such as aircraft maintenance, flight deployment, and flight crews. In the case of any flight delays for less than 4 hours (including 4 hours) due to delays caused by Juneyao Airlines, service compensation will be provided; in the case of any flight delays for more than 4 hours due to delays caused by Juneyao Airlines, financial compensation will be provided, apart from service compensation. 18.1.1.2 The reasons not caused by Juneyao Airlines refer to weather, emergencies, air traffic control, security checks, passengers or public safety reasons. Delays due to reasons not caused by Juneyao Airlines shall be provided with service compensation. 18.1.1.3 Passengers who use Juneyao Airlines membership points to redeem tickets are within this compensation scope. 18.1.1.4 Passengers holding free tickets/vouchers of Juneyao Airlines are not covered by economic compensation. 18.2 Flight delay compensation standards (see Appendix 1 for details)

19. Passenger complaint management

19.1 After calling the complaint hotline of Juneyao Airlines 021-95520, please press "5"; 19.2 The complaint e-mail address of Juneyao Airlines is customercare@juneyao.com; 19.3 Juneyao Airlines will handle passenger complaints and inform passengers of the result within 7 days after receipt.

20. Administrative Formalities

20.1 General Provisions 20.1.1 Passengers shall be responsible for obtaining travel documents and visas required by country of departure, destination country, or country of transit, and complying with all their laws, regulations, orders, instructions and travel requirements. 20.1.2 Such passengers shall be solely liable for any loss as a result of their failure to obtain the above documents or visas or comply with any applicable national laws, regulations, orders or requirements. 20.2 Travel documents Before travel, passengers shall present the valid travel certificates of departure, entry and health required by national laws, regulations, orders or provisions, and permit Juneyao Airlines to keep a copy of their certificates. Juneyao Airlines is entitled to reject any passenger that does not comply with any applicable national laws, regulations, orders or requirements, or whose certificate fails to meet applicable requirements. 20.3 Refused entry 20.4 Passengers are responsible for paying fines, retention fees and other expenses. Juneyao Airlines shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such inspections or any loss or damage caused by passengers failing to comply with these requirements. Passengers shall reimburse Juneyao Airlines for any payments of fines or penalties made or any costs incurred by Juneyao Airlines for the failure of the passenger to comply with the laws, regulations, orders, requirements or other travel regulations of the relevant country, or the failure of the passenger to produce the required documents. Juneyao Airlines may deduct the above amounts from the passengers' unused fares or the passengers' money in charge. In order to avoid such loss, passengers should fully understand and comply with the relevant regulations concerning the departure country, destination country or in-transit country before the trip. If the passenger is refused entry, the passenger shall reimburse Juneyao Airlines for any fines or fees collected by the relevant government and the transportation costs of the passenger returning from the country. For tickets by which the passenger has already been transported by Juneyao Airlines to the refused place of entry, Juneyao Airlines will not refund. 20.5 Customs inspection If required, passengers should be present to accept inspections of passengers’ luggage by customs or other government officials. 20.6 Security check Passengers should accept any safety inspections requested or required by government officials, airport staff, other carriers, or Juneyao Airlines. Juneyao Airlines shall not be liable for any bodily injury or loss of or damage to the passengers caused by such inspection, unless such injury, damage or loss is caused by the negligence of Juneyao Airlines.

21. Damage Liabilities

21.1 Where injury or death of a passenger arises from an accident that occurs on the aircraft or when the passenger is boarding or departing the aircraft, Juneyao Airlines shall bear the responsibility of compensation. However, if death or injury is caused by the passenger's own health conditions during transportation, Juneyao Airlines shall not bear the responsibility for compensation. 21.2 Juneyao Airlines shall be liable for any destruction, loss or damage to checked luggage of passengers caused by any event arising during the flight or under the control of Juneyao Airlines. Juneyao Airlines will be liable for damage to any carry-on luggage caused by any faults of its own or the fault of its employees or agents. However, Juneyao Airlines will not be liable if such destruction, loss or damage to luggage of passengers, including checked luggage or carry-on luggage, is due to the nature, quality or defect of the luggage. In addition, Juneyao Airlines shall not be responsible for external damage and normal wear of luggage, such as: external accessories of luggage, such as: damage to straps, pockets, pull rods, hooks, wheels, or other parts attached to luggage and damage of oversized/overpacked luggage. 21.3 Juneyao Airlines bears responsibility for passengers or luggage in the air transportation due to the delay caused by Juneyao Airlines. However, if Juneyao Airlines, or its employees and agents, have taken all necessary measures to avoid the occurrence of losses, or it is impossible to adopt such measures, Juneyao Airlines shall not be liable. Passengers must declare the loss of luggage and provide the corresponding documents within the time specified by Juneyao Airlines. Otherwise, Jixiang Airlines will not be liable. 21.4 After Juneyao Airlines proves that the loss was caused or contributed to by the claimant or the person from whom the claimant acquired the right, the liability of Juneyao Airlines shall be correspondingly exempted or mitigated according to the degree of fault caused or contributed to such loss. When a person other than a passenger makes a claim for compensation for casualties of passengers, and it is proved by Juneyao Airlines that the casualties are caused or contributed to by the fault of the passenger himself, the liability of Juneyao Airlines shall be correspondingly exempted or mitigated according to the degree of fault caused or contributed to such loss. 21.5. Application of Limits of Liability 21.5.1. If it belongs to "International Transport" as stipulated in the Montreal Convention of 1999, the provisions of the Convention on the limitation of liability shall prevail. 21.5.2. If it belongs to the “International Transport” stipulated in the Warsaw Convention of 1929 and the Hague Protocol of 1955, but it does not belong to the “International Transport” stipulated in the Montreal Convention of 1999, the provisions of the Warsaw Convention and the Hague Protocol on limits of liability shall prevail. 21.5.3. If it does not belong to the "international transport" to which the Convention applies, the relevant provisions of bilateral treaties, domestic laws such as Civil Aviation Law of the People's Republic of China, government regulations or orders shall apply. 21.6. Convention on Limits of Liability 21.6.1. The Warsaw Convention and the Hague Protocol 21.6.1.1. Juneyao Airlines's liability limit for passenger casualties shall not exceed 250,000 French Gold Francs or its equivalent in other currency. 21.6.1.2. Juneyao Airlines's liability for checked luggage shall not exceed 250 French Gold Francs per kilogram or its equivalent in other currency; the liability limit for carry-on luggage shall not exceed 5,000 French Gold Francs per passenger or its equivalent in other currency. If there is no luggage weight record on the luggage check, the total weight of checked luggage is considered not to exceed the free luggage allowance applicable to the seat class being used. In the case of checked luggage which is declared as a value under this condition, the damages shall be limited to the value of the statement. 21.6.2. The 1999 Montreal Convention 21.6.2.1. Juneyao Airlines applies the provisions of Articles 20 and 21 of the Convention to the liability for injury or death of passengers not exceeding 113,100 SDRs per passenger. 21.6.2.2. Juneyao Airlines’s Liability for Lossess caused by delays in air transportation shall not exceed 4,694 SDRs or per passenger or its equivalent currency. Provided, however, that Juneyao Airlines will not be liable to pay any damages for any losses due to any flight delay for which Juneyao Airlines has evidence to prove that it or its employees and agents had taken all reasonable required measures to prevent the event from happening, or for which such measures are impossible. 21.6.2.3. Juneyao Airlines's liability limits for luggage (including checked luggage and carry-on luggage) shall not exceed 1,131 SDRs per passenger or its equivalent currency. In the case of checked luggage which is declared as a value under this condition, the damages shall be limited to the value of the statement. 21.6.2.4. ICAO reviews the limits according to Article 24 of the Montreal Convention. If adjustments are made to the limits, Juneyao Airlines will determine the final amount based on the compensation limit adjusted after review. 21.7 In the event of no conflict with the foregoing provisions of these Conditions, the following terms apply, whether the international transport applies the conventions specified in these Conditions or not: 21.7.1 Juneyao Airlines will only be liable for damage to the transportation of its own flights. Juneyao Airlines will only act as an agent for carriers for which Juneyao Airlines issues tickets or handles luggage check-in for flights of such carriers. 21.7.2. Juneyao Airlines shall not be liable for any loss incurred by Juneyao Airlines in compliance with relevant laws or government regulations, orders or regulations. FOany loss resulting from the failure of the passenger to comply with the above-mentioned laws or government regulations, orders or regulations, Juneyao Airlines also does not assume responsibility. 21.7.3. Juneyao Airlines's liability shall not exceed the amount of the confirmed direct loss; for the indirect loss or consequential loss, Juneyao Airlines shall not be liable. 21.7.4. Juneyao Airlines shall not be liable for damage to passenger caused by items in passenger’s luggage or damage to his luggage. If the items of passenger’s luggage harm others or cause harm to the property of another person or Juneyao Airlines, the passenger shall compensate for the loss of Juneyao Airlines and all the fees paid thereby. 21.7.5. Juneyao Airlines shall not be liable for any illness, injury, disability or death caused or aggravated by the passenger's own age, mental health or health condition. 21.7.6. For the loss or damage of the items listed in 9.1.2 of the Conditions attached to the checked luggage by passengers, Juneyao Airlines shall only be liable for limit compensation for the general checked luggage; 21.7.7. Any liability exemption or restriction clause relating to Juneyao Airlines in these Conditions shall apply equally to the agents, employees and representatives of Juneyao Airlines and any person who provides its aircraft to Juneyao Airlines and its agents, employees and representatives. The total amount of compensation paid by Juneyao Airlines and any of its above agents, employees, representatives and any person who provides its aircraft to Juneyao Airlines and its agents, employees and representatives shall not exceed the limit of liability applicable under these Conditions. 21.7.8. Except as expressly provided in these Conditions, this Condition does not preclude the application of any provision of the conventions or applicable laws in respect of the exemption or limitation of the liabilities of the Juneyao Airlines. 21.8. Claims should be filed within two years from the date the aircraft arrives at the destination, or from the date the aircraft should arrive, or from the date of termination of the carriage.

22. Successive Carriers

Flights undertaken by Juneyao Airlines and other carrier(s) (including carriers that operate sharing code flights) pursuant to one contract or based on successive ticket numbers shall be deemed as an inseparable carriage, and unless otherwise provided by law, each carrier named on the ticket shall be bound by its own transportation terms regarding its responsibilities owed to passengers.

23. Other Rules

23.1. Passengers and luggage of passengers shall also comply with other applicable rules and conditions of Juneyao Airlines. These regulations may change and are very important. These include transportation regulations for children without adult companions, pregnant women, and sick passengers, restrictions on the use of electronic devices, and provisions for drinking alcohol on airplanes. The above-mentioned relevant carriage regulations and conditions can be acquired from Juneyao Airlines. 23.2 These Conditions are written in both Chinese and English, and both language versions shall be equally valid.

24. Effectiveness and modification

24.1. These Conditions shall take effect and be implemented from the date of publication. The Conditions of Carriage for International Passengers and Luggage of Juneyao Airlines implemented on May 1, 2010 shall be abolished. 24.2. Juneyao Airlines shall have the right to modify its carriage conditions, regulations, fares, and charge standards without notice in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China. However, such modifications do not apply to carriages that have already started before the modification. The staff, sales agents or employees of Juneyao Airlines shall not have the right to change or violate the applicable carriage conditions, regulations, fares, and charge standards of the Juneyao Airlines. 24.3 Carrier Name: Juneyao Airlines Co.
